What Building Review is
Building Review is a directory of Mississauga condominium and apartment buildings with reviews written by the people who live in them: noise, maintenance, management, fees and what it is like day to day.
Mississauga publishes a registry of rental apartment buildings, not of condominiums, so this market lists rentals only and condominiums are not covered. Each building also shows what the City publishes about it: how many units it has, its latest City inspection score and its building permits.
Reading is free and needs no account. Residents with a confirmed email can review a building they have lived in, report problems and maintenance, and suggest corrections. A moderator checks new buildings and edits before they appear.
